Madelyn's 1st Dental Visit

Okay, this is the only picture I could snap quickly as this little one did not want to sit still in the chair at all. She did well for her 1st visit :)

Best of Intentions....

Oh how can I be mad when my little one had the best of intentions? Situation goes like this.....Isabelle had snack day at school and brought pretzels as part of it. As she left this morning she told Madelyn she would bring some home for her. So when snack was over in class, she said she wanted to bring some home. Little did the teacher know it was for her little sister why she was insisting. Teacher said no since not all kids can bring stuff home. So Isabelle threw a fit cause she wanted them for Madelyn. So when the teacher was not looking, she hid the pretzels in her shoe. She went on for the rest of the class until the teachers found a trail of crumbs of pretzels and discovered Isabelle's secret....a shoe full of pretzels for Madelyn. Of course then she got in trouble for not following the rules. So although she was sneaky, I do have to applaud her thoughtfulness for her sister as she made a promise, plus pretty damn creative hiding spot if I don't say so myself. Not many good spots when you wear a dress to school....I swear I could write a book with all the crazy things my 3 girls do!

Line of The Day

Line of the night by Isabelle went like this: Told her to do something, she turned around and said no to me. I gave her the look of death and she quickly shrugged her shoulders and said "I don't know why my mouth said that, it acts crazy sometimes. Sorry Mom"....love her quick thinking! Wonder when she learned how to come up with something like that???

Daddy's 36th

We had a fun day celebrating Daddy's 36th. He has to travel for work on his actual birthday so we wanted to have a little celebration before he left. So soccer in the morning (look at the girls go! Ava with all intensity and Isabelle doing her fun stroll) and Friendly's for dinner. And if it is not obvious, Daddy had no idea they were coming to sing to him but the girls and I got a kick out of it! HaHa!!

Clifford/TBone

I feel like I inherited two more things to take care of, 2 dogs that is! Clifford and TBone. Class pets that go to the star student of the week. But the girls sure do love getting them!

Budding Artist

Isabelle is my budding artist. She can draw things independently already. Actually better than me! This is her Mickey riding rudolph masterpiece.

Winter Fun

Ava and Isabelle had been dying to go out in the snow but with Maddie being younger it is a bit of a struggle with coordination of naps and her not wanting to stay out in the cold for as long. However, I attempted it. As you can see from the pictures Moo's smile quickly turned and she wanted no part of being stuck in the snow as she can barely move in it. So thank god our backyard is visible from the kitchen and has a little slope so the girls could stay out for a bit longer by themselves as Maddie and I admired from the warm indoors :)
