And then there were 5.....

My niece and nephew had their 1st sleepover at our house while their parents were at a desitation weddding and it was a blast! My girls really enjoyed it and even though there were repeated trips upstairs to get them to go to sleep (mostly due to the girls side of the room), I would say they were all angels. Movie night, special treats and baths with (Dr. Seuss Thing 1 and 2 hair) was fun, fun, fun! Can't wait to do it again as I love the special bond these kids all have now.

Our Garden

We tried making a garden this year. I'll admit I do not have high hopes for its outcome but heck it was fun trying. Then we celebrated with a McDonalds party in the tree house.

Funny Times

I feel like I have to start documenting some of the cute things the girls says so here is a start of things I can remember right now:

Walking into the library Ava sees the cement which has speckles in it and says mom it looks like pixie dust. I agree. Then she says 'Tinkerbell must have been here all night!"

Isabelle walks over to Ava to hand her her drink and says "Ava now I know that this is not your favorite color but you get what you get and you don't get upset"...hysterical especially coming from Miss Belle!

On the Go...

Madelyn started on the go about 6 1/2 months and now that she is 7 months she is getting pretty quick. Still the army crawl approach with a push off from one leg but it gets her where she wants quickly. However, she only want to crawl when she is after something left behind on the floor that looks interesting, like her sisters' toys.

She also mastered dada about 2-3 weeks ago and clapping her hands came a few days ago. She has quite a personality and I am not sure any other baby smiles more. She'll give you a big smile if you just talk to her. My lovely little girl. However, don't mess with feeding time or you will see her upset for sure :)

Princess Tea

Ava & Isabelle got to go to their 1st princess tea and had a blast. Dressed as Sleeping Beauty and Belle from Beauty & the Beast they looks so pretty. They did art & crafts, had snacks, played games like pass the wicked apple and then danced. At the end each girl did a princess walk which was so precious! It was trial run for Disney this year!!

Park Fun....

Quack Quacks

We went to visit the ducks in Congress Park and had a blast! Best part though was the sweetness of the last picture that I will love for a lifetime!

Mother's Day 2011

So sad to say that this is the only picture that I have from Mother's Day but on the other hand it just shows that I had a great day with my girls enjoying it (even if that means not capturing it on my camera). Love my 3 girls!! Breakfast with Grandma Pondillo at Lakeside and then dinner with my wonderful mom at our house along with some mommy drinks (margaritas!).

Belle Belle

These are the moments I want to remember!

Movie Night

The girls have been getting into movie night. Popcorn and movie =smiles! How can I be so lucky :)

Butterfly Release

Our caterpillars all survived and grew into 5 butterflies that we were able to let loose to be with their friends. So I was thinking we'd open the hatch and they would fly right now. Not the case! We had to kinda throw them up in the air a few times for them to finally get a hang of it. Funny thing though was when one landed on Isabelle. Hysterical! And of course I had to attach the picture of the little girl who ate too much and fell asleep in her chair during dinner, at least with a full belly :)

More Fun...

After the circus, we went to Grace's Arts and Crafts Party at Michael's Craft Store in Latham. The girls made their own art shirts. Could the day filled with the circus and then a birthday party be anymore fun. I want to come back as my girls..LOL!

Circus 2011

Grandma and Grandpa Kees went with us to the circus. This has been a yearly thing for the girls and they just love it. Madelyn napped through some of it despite the lights and noise. A & I soaked in every move and trick, even looking through Grandma's binoculars.
