A quick trip to Washington Park to see the tulips resulted in one of my favorite pics of my girls this year! Love it!!

Bubble Fun

The girls got some colored bubbles so we put on some paint shirts and had dome outdoor fun. Oh and I just had to photograph Madelyn's toes in the grass! Loving spring already :)

Hunt #2

After the fun at our house we went to Easter Dinner at the Pondillo house. The girls did their annual Easter egg hunt at Grandma Sally's and loved finding all their treats.

Easter Hunt 2011

Wow, what a difference a year can make. The girls were so into the hunt this year! Ava was a speed demon this year and grabbed a ton of eggs. Isabelle carefully selected her loot. Fun was had by all!

Hello Easter!

The girls all loved Easter this year. Waking up and knowing the Easter bunny came and ate the carrots we left out was pure joy! Grandma and Grandpa Kees came down for breakfast and to watch the girls search for eggs that the Easter bunny left for them. Easter baskets were also fun to open! The skates from Grandma and Grandpa Kees were a hit too, although Grandpa says if they get hurt is it all on me who picked them out!!

Rainbow Eggs

A & I got into Easter eggs dying for sure this year. They were all about writing letters with us on the eggs and picking a special color. So we had lots of rainbow color fun. Oh can you guess who made the blue Yankees egg?

Caterpillars

Ava & Isabelle got a butterfly garden for their 3rd birthday from a friend. So we ordered the caterpillars that would soon change into butterflies before their eyes. So here is daddy putting the caterpillars in their chrysalis into their new butterfly home as we wait and watch for them to become butterflies. Oh and of course, 1 cute photo of Maddie Moo watching the action.

Random Fun

So this is what happens when we have a rainy week, the camera comes out for some photos of my silly girls! And notice the perfect shirts, made so for Ava, daddy's silly monkey and in Ava's favorite color : ORANGE! Yes, I am the coolest mom ...nailed it...monkeys and orange, her favorites!

More Easter Fun

We went to the fire station for more Easter fun and because Ava has been saying she wants to be a firefighter when she grows up. Too funny, Isabelle follows that with Mom I haven't decided what I want to be yet. My response, honey you have LOTS of time. The best part was though that Ava got picked to sit up front with daddy in the fire truck.

Easter Egg Hunt

Yes, she is already telling me to go away with the camera!

Take 1 on the Easter Egg Hunt since this was just a warm up to the big day! The girls did have a blast. We made Easter bunny crafts, saw an Easter bunny (not the real one!!), did an egg hunt and had snacks=fun times! How things change in 1 year too. Ava was not so interested last year. She got a couple eggs and was content. This year she dashed from egg to egg like a speed demon on a mission. And boy is she fast!! Isabelle carefully selected the ones she wanted before putting them in her baskets. Madelyn was a dream like usual just contently enjoying her sisters having a great time.
